PROJECT GUIDE / Organization and Corporate Communication
How can corporate culture shape everyday work?
Connect values to specific behaviors, moments of collaboration and management tools.
Define the Task First
Connect values to observable behaviors, collaboration scenarios, and management tools. At project start, review current materials and typical scenarios together to identify where problems occur, who they affect, and which existing content should continue.
Embedding culture in daily work requires alignment with actual business, audience needs, and delivery constraints. The following provides a framework for discussion and organization.
Three Stages of Work
Behavior mapping
For each value, list observable work behaviors; discuss what it means in decision-making, collaboration, and client service.
Scenario design
Select application contexts from onboarding, team meetings, project retrospectives, and team communication; design content and tools.
Ongoing maintenance
Assign owners, update methods, and feedback channels so culture materials evolve with organizational practice.
What to Prepare Before We Talk
- Corporate strategy, organizational structure, and key business facts
- Existing materials for employees, customers, and partners
- Content owners, review touchpoints, and update frequency
Representative samples are a good place to start. Past versions, real-world photos and typical feedback illustrate the problem better than style references alone; any missing information can be gathered during project discussions.
How We Discuss and Review
- Accuracy: Do facts, names, data, and charts have clear sources?
- Clarity: Can different readers find information relevant to them?
- Sustainability: Can design and content rules carry forward in the next update?
Abstract principles lack behavioral definition when disconnected from daily work.
Each review round records confirmed directions, required changes and who owns them. Before moving to the next phase, we clarify which materials the changes affect, so strategy, design and implementation stay connected.
Deliverables to Discuss
Values behavior guide, internal content structure, scenario tools, and maintenance rules.
Specific quantities, content depth, production scope and timing are determined by project materials and usage conditions. At delivery, we also record file versions, usage instructions and ongoing maintenance responsibilities.

When you get in touch about a project, it helps to share your business context, existing materials, primary use scenarios and the problems you want to solve. We'll use this to discuss scope and how we might work together.
