Designed for Real-World Production
We assess concepts against materials, structure, process and supply-chain constraints during design, and validate them through prototypes and close engineering collaboration.
Validated Against Real Use
From ergonomics to interaction logic, we prototype and test around target users' real tasks, refining the design through observation and feedback.
End-to-End Control
Our team of designers, engineers and CMF specialists continuously checks design intent against production realities, from first sketch to tooling.
Our Process: From Research to Production
From insight to production line, manufacturability is validated step by step. The timeline below is indicative; final scheduling depends on product complexity and engineering conditions.
What each step holds to
- 01
Research
Go to the site and watch real use. Data confirms what we have already seen.
- 02
Define
Reduce the problem to one sentence we can act on. If it can't be written, drawing doesn't start.
- 03
Form
Sketch, clay and foam move together. Form is how structure becomes visible.
- 04
CMF
Material and finish decide how it feels. Anodising, coatings, fabric and seams are tested by hand before drawings close.
- 05
Engineering
Sit at one table with structure, tooling and supply chain. A design that can't be made is only a rendering.
- 06
Production
Stay until the first good part comes off the line. Tolerance, takt, packaging, disassembly and recycling are design too.

Core Team
Chen Gongye
Creative Director / Founder
“Good industrial design is invisible. People remember the experience, not the design itself.”
Former Director of Industrial Design at Huawei with 15 years of experience. Has led 80+ mass-production projects and won Red Dot: Best of the Best and iF Gold Awards.
Li Jiegou
Director of Structural Engineering
“For every line a designer draws, an engineer has to know whether it can be made, how, and at what cost.”
Former structural engineer at Xiaomi with 12 years of experience. Expert in injection molding, die casting and stamping, cutting production costs by an average of 25%.
Wang CMF
CMF Design Director
“Material is the first conversation between a product and its user. Touch, texture, temperature: these are the true essence of refinement.”
Royal College of Art graduate with 10 years of CMF experience. Partners with leading global material suppliers and has developed 20+ patented processes.
Zhao Yongyan
Director of User Research
“Users won’t tell you what they want, but their behavior will. Observation matters more than asking.”
PhD in Human–Computer Interaction with 8 years of user research experience. Specializes in ergonomics and biometric monitoring, and has led validation for 200+ products.
