PROJECT GUIDE / Organization and Corporate Communication
How should a company profile communicate its strengths?
Organize the facts around readers’ questions to build a credible corporate narrative.
Define the Task First
Organize facts around reader concerns to create evidence-based company narrative. At project start, review current materials and typical scenarios together to identify where problems occur, who they affect, and which existing content should continue.
Effective company overviews require alignment with actual business, audience needs, and delivery constraints. The following provides a framework for discussion and organization.
Three Stages of Work
Audience tasks
Clarify whether materials support client pitches, talent communication, or partnership discussions; document what readers need to decide.
Fact selection
Choose content from business, team, products, and projects that supports core positioning; source each fact clearly.
Narrative structure
Let company positioning, service scope, practice, and partnership approach form a coherent flow; reduce historical details unrelated to purpose.
What to Prepare Before We Talk
- Corporate strategy, organizational structure, and key business facts
- Existing materials for employees, customers, and partners
- Content owners, review touchpoints, and update frequency
Representative samples are a good place to start. Past versions, real-world photos and typical feedback illustrate the problem better than style references alone; any missing information can be gathered during project discussions.
How We Discuss and Review
- Accuracy: Do facts, names, data, and charts have clear sources?
- Clarity: Can different readers find information relevant to them?
- Sustainability: Can design and content rules carry forward in the next update?
Unsupported strength claims cannot help readers make decisions.
Each review round records confirmed directions, required changes and who owns them. Before moving to the next phase, we clarify which materials the changes affect, so strategy, design and implementation stay connected.
Deliverables to Discuss
Company narrative outline, fact list, overview materials, and presentation templates.
Specific quantities, content depth, production scope and timing are determined by project materials and usage conditions. At delivery, we also record file versions, usage instructions and ongoing maintenance responsibilities.

When you get in touch about a project, it helps to share your business context, existing materials, primary use scenarios and the problems you want to solve. We'll use this to discuss scope and how we might work together.
