2002
Group Established
China Huadian Corporation was established from selected enterprises and institutions of the former State Power Corporation. As one of China's five major power generation groups, it began a new chapter of growth.
2003-2010
Rapid Growth
Rapidly expanding installed generation capacity, diversifying the generation mix and developing clean energy sources such as hydropower and wind. Strengthening the business portfolio and significantly enhancing overall capabilities.
