Made
Visible
Turning abstract 5G technology into tangible business value. An immersive B2B journey of persuasion for global decision-makers.
Executive Summary
At Mobile World Congress (MWC), Huawei faced the challenge of explaining complex 5G network slicing to non-technical C-level decision-makers.
Our answer was to redefine the B2B marketing experience with a three-tier, progressive narrative space. By combining physical installations with virtual reality, we turned "invisible" infrastructure into a "visible" engine of business growth.
Core Challenges
Invisible Technology
To business decision-makers without a technical background, 5G is just a set of abstract specs. We needed to make its business value tangible.
Dual-Audience Tension
Consumer curiosity vs. B2B decision-making. How do you balance both in one space?
No Closed Marketing Loop
Traditional trade shows stop at display, with no data capture.
Global Tour Adaptability
Each installation had to be completed within 72 hours and adapted to venue standards in different countries.
The 4E Strategy Model
Experience
Experience made visible: turning millisecond differences into visible wins and losses.
Engagement
Deep engagement: from passive viewing to active control.
Empower
Empowered decisions: ROI assessment reports generated on site.
Extend
Extended value: content lives on in an online virtual showroom.

Design Philosophy: Invisible Technology
We stripped away superfluous ornament to return technology to its purest form. The design language emphasizes high contrast, precision grids and breathing room, creating a calm, trustworthy engineering aesthetic.
"This is the most effective industry exhibition we've ever taken part in. It didn't just help our customers understand the value of 5G. More importantly, it helped them make the business case for transformation."
